The newly launched "Low altitude Unmanned Intelligent Photovoltaic Cleaning System" can perform large-scale cleaning and inspection of photovoltaic modules, realizing intelligent monitoring, scientific cleaning, visualized management, and unmanned operation of photovoltaic power plants.
This system is based on AI computer vision for the search, aiming, and positioning of cleaning robots. Through model predictive control algorithms and integrated land-air technology, it has been the first in China to achieve engineering applications.

High-load automatic flight control

30KG effective load, can automatically execute flights according to custom planned flight tasks and complete specified actions.

High precision delivery and docking

Using the MPC model predictive control algorithm, the unmanned automatic docking of the unmanned aerial vehicle docking device with the IFBOTX3 photovoltaic cleaning robot is carried out. Through RTK+machine vision fusion technology, centimeter-level precise positioning and hovering are achieved, with a docking success rate of 90%.

Modular process monitoring

The task planning system platform can arrange and monitor the delivery, transfer, and retrieval actions of drones throughout the process, achieving intelligent positioning and cleaning of photovoltaic panels, and real-time statistical analysis of the number of work tasks.
